This includes purchases made via our website at hairchanger.ai, our mobile applications, and any third-party payment processors we use (including Lemon Squeezy and Apple App Store / Google Play Store).

Subscription Plans

We offer Weekly and Annual subscription plans that provide premium access to Hairstyle AI features including unlimited generations, Pro model access, all styles and colors, and priority processing.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues: If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the Service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund of your most recent payment.
  • Duplicate charges: If you are charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
  • Unauthorized purchases: If a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us within 14 days of the charge for a full refund.
  • First-time subscribers: If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. This applies to first-time subscribers only.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Credits or generations that have already been used.
  • Subscription fees after the 7-day satisfaction period for first-time subscribers.
  • Purchases where the user has violated our Terms of Service.

Credit Packs

One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. If no credits from a pack have been used, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

App Store Purchases

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective store's refund policies. To request a refund for an in-app purchase:

Web Purchases (Lemon Squeezy)

For purchases made through our website via Lemon Squeezy, refund requests are handled directly by us. Contact us at [email protected] with your email address and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
