Face Data and Images. Our application collects and processes facial images (selfies) uploaded by users for AI-powered hairstyle transformation services. This includes:
Face Data Usage: We use collected face data exclusively for:
Face Data Storage and Sharing: Original selfie images and facial analysis data are stored securely on our servers located in the United States. We may share face data with AI service providers necessary for image processing and generation under strict data protection agreements. All face data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We do not use face data for identification, authentication, or any purpose other than AI hairstyle transformation services.
Face Data Retention: Original selfie images are automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days after AI image processing is complete. Generated hairstyle transformation images are retained until account deletion or upon user request. Users can download their processed images at any time before deletion.
Face Data Control: You can request deletion of your face data and generated images at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. You have full control over when to upload selfies and can delete processed images from your account at any time.
Other Sensitive Information. Except for face data as described above, we do not process other sensitive information.
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by Stripe and/or Apple/Google for in-app purchases.
Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Google or Apple account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called "HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?" below.
